Well, Battles are partly post-rock... they have incursions into prog, folk, and math rock. I won't even mention Tortoise because they don't want to be categorized as post-rock either.

I like them quite a bit, less than Slint and Battles... post-rock, in small doses, but now and then it's needed. Great job!

It must have been a tragedy anyway; he surely hit her hard, and a man who hits a woman is a worm. But the death of Marie Trintignant was a fatality, a tragic consequence of a punch or slap delivered with too much force and at the wrong moment. Misfortune also had it that they were in a Baltic country, I don't remember if it was Lithuania or Latvia, which I suppose has less lenient laws than France. And anyway, aside from prison, this man's life is ruined forever... I challenge anyone to endure a life after having inadvertently killed their own woman. A really beautiful review... I don't like them much; I prefer Mano Negra, but comparing them seems out of place.
