<< it is at the discretion of the reviewer whether to do it or not. >>, and it is at my discretion to judge it useless or not. << Since everyone can speak their mind if you can't stand duplicates and those who write them, avoid reading them and expressing unnecessary and derogatory judgments. >>, since everyone can speak their mind and send useless reviews, I too can express unnecessary and derogatory judgments if I deem it appropriate (after all, I expressed a criticism, I didn’t denigrate anyone). And what annoys me about useless duplicates is the fact that they exist and, in my opinion, pollute the site; reading them or not changes nothing for me (by the way, do you really think I took the time to read this review?) << you don’t have the right to trash who writes it. >>, well, I certainly do (besides the fact that I haven’t trashed anyone, nor have I voted, unlike the reviewer who gave themselves a nice 5). I’m going to have a coffee to recover from the drowsiness caused by your posts. Haloah

Hello Manliuzzo, good to see you again! I agree with you but I think that if someone has an urgent physiological need to review an album, they can also stick the review on the bathroom door. Or they can start their own blog and post whatever they want there. This site is not a public dump. Anyway, I never vote for double albums in general, unless they are also worth one for other reasons. See you soon, manliù!

"On this site, you are free to write whatever you want," sure. But there are also rules that you are ASKED to respect, and in my opinion, neither you, nor David, nor anyone else is doing that. "It doesn't seem to me that YOU are the head of the site who can afford to judge whether a duplicate is useless or not, as I always remind you of the freedom of expression provided on this site." Like everyone else, I express my legitimate opinion, and I can perfectly judge if a duplicate is useless for me or not. Precisely because there is freedom of expression. That's how it works: someone submits a review, and if I feel like saying that it's a useless duplicate, I’ll do it, without worrying at all if it bothers people like you. I think I will end this sparkling discussion here; you’re almost as boring as Flintstone. Haloah

"I have always believed that AOR is a broad musical genre that includes, in addition to the mentioned bands, also the Floyd, as they were definitely oriented towards an audience over 20 years old," thanks for the laughs.

Dearest human case enbar77, it’s not me who seeks out duplicates, it’s the duplicates that appear before me on the homepage. And it doesn’t take me long to realize that a review of Atom Heart Mother is a duplicate, you know? Anyway, I’ve also explained my point of view on duplicates several times (and I'm not against duplicates in general, I’m against unnecessary duplicates, like yours and those of this david81, who thinks that his reviews are better than the previous ones and then comes to tell us that Pink Floyd are AOR). The words of the wise Bartleboom that I quoted above (and will continue to quote, much to the dismay of babbi di minkia and shit posters like dear Starblazer) I believe sufficiently explain my point of view. As for Italian, I’m sorry to disappoint you, but I understand it very well. I advise the reviewer at least not to vote for himself, as that is not a highly regarded gesture here.

<< Check with the DeSearch engine that the album you want to review isn't already in the magical DeDatabase. If it is, it's up to you to decide whether it's still worth writing a review: maybe yes (you have something else to say), but maybe not. >> "This site is amazing because everyone contributes, sharing their musical knowledge and enriching each other. I talk to you about an album you don’t know, you talk to me about an album I don’t know: that's how we expand our respective musical knowledge. Here, there are people who treat the homepage like a public bathroom, throwing in (numerous) review scrapes to let the world know (and quite poorly) that they like bands whose lives/deaths and miracles everyone already knows." And you even rate yourself?
