Well, it's easy: I listen to Baltimore, Leaf Hound, Yesterday's, and also Witchcraft :DDD Yes, you're right, they are albums for fans of the genre and that's it. But they make me enjoy! Thanks for the tips, I'll come back here to report!

@Manliuzzo, why don't you try starting with the next "Moondance"? If you really don't like that one either (it's inferior to this but more "listenable"), then forget it. But it takes more than one listen. @dedoluz, I'm not a big fan of Dylan (horrible voice), sorry.

I would say yes :) And what would you do with just one listen? My friend, who only listens to hip-hop, liked this a lot as well; I think it's almost impossible not to like it.

I've been listening to these quite a bit lately, with considerable enjoyment, I must say. This one is pretty cool, but the first one is perhaps even cooler. What do you think? That it's derivative? Derivative as hell! But who cares, right? At this point, should I really go back and check out the other bands mentioned in the comments? (You could write a little review about those, or are you not an expert on them either? :D) By the way, a bit sneakily (so much that I didn't notice it on the first read), you mention these Coven I've never heard of; I did a quick search and it looks like I'll have to check those out too, they intrigued me a lot. The review is really nice, and I think I might add it to my recommended list as well.

I don't see them much as mere wankery, especially Ratledge's two pieces. And then there's a class and a taste here that the totally gaudy ELP simply lacked. Besides Scaruffo, it doesn't seem to me that the Velvet just made noise. Don't you find them enjoyable and exciting, as well as sophisticated and brilliant? How about Twelfth Night's "Fact and Fiction"? Really beautiful.

I would be tempted to play one of the three greatest singer-songwriter albums I know, maybe alongside "Happy Sad" by Buckley and "On the Beach" by Uncle Nello. Even though I don't want to think about all those I'm leaving out ;-)

Great page and great proposal indeed. Welcome back.

Finally read it, liked it, but the reading is a bit challenging at some points; a little less verbose would have been more effective. One thing: please don't send me a solid block of granite, break this review into paragraphs, add some spaces, otherwise our eyes get crossed, be kind.

God of disco, gesummaria! Alright, I'll read the review tomorrow when I'm awake; just seeing it scares me :)
