In my opinion, Hybris is splendid. I mentioned Anglagard because they themselves have pointed to Cathedral as one of their sources of inspiration, and indeed, I think you can find some similarities. I've never heard of Symphonic Slam! Do you want to take your revenge? :D

I didn't really get the whole molasses thing, but... anyway, the review is well done and deserves a 5 just for the proposal! I don't quite agree with the idea that the sound is distinctly Yes; I don't really see all that Yes in this album.
