Nice "review"! The only Tad I know is "Sex God Missy" (it's on a compilation from Sub Pop - "Sub Pop 200" - which I recommend to anyone interested in Seattle in the late '80s).

Stunning review, one of the most beautiful I have ever read on DeBaser.

@Waldo, you are right, it's a bit of a shame, but if someone REALLY believes that a review deserves a 4, they have every right to rate it a 4. Anyway, you can always put it in the recommended section.

Beautiful. Pavlov's Dog is a gap I need to fill (among many...)

Sure, all the pre-alpine valleys of Pordenone are a bit like that, although there are a few nice little towns. To be honest, I've never read Corona, even though I have a couple of his books at home ("Le voci del bosco" and "Finchè il cuculo canta"). I've never been particularly drawn to the genre, but I should rectify that, especially since he’s somewhat of an institution here in Pordenone. I know the "terrible" graduation parties in Padua well, I study there too :D

@pibroch, I figured as much... nice little character, you occasionally spot him around Pordenone (not always in presentable condition :D)

Well, if he really is 38 and expresses himself this way, it’s an even more serious case... Oh well...

Well, let's say you were really inspired last night :D It's really beautiful; I think I'm going to add it to my favorites too. Who do you mean by "melancholic sculptor from Erta"?

This one ends up among the favorites.
