Uhm, the second side of Facelift is negligible, but the first is a milestone of the Seattle Sound. Tracks like Love, Hate, Love are paradigmatic.

But damn, at least get the translations right and don’t butcher the names... just a little effort!

Poletti, your attitude is unbearable; you keep spitting in the plate where you eat. If you hate the site, you're not obliged to stick around. Do you understand that? If you stay, stop grinding our gears with this story. As for the fact that the staff should keep the site clean, it seems to me that the philosophy with which Debaser was born is to give maximum freedom to anyone (except in cases of extreme seriousness). If someone is here, it means they accept this; otherwise, they shouldn't stay. When you visit someone’s home, you don’t tell them to clean the floor or repaint the walls, do you? Idiots populate the world, so of course, they also populate Debaser! The key is to take them for what they are: idiots. The end :-)

A pseudo-serious parenthesis on metalheads: in my opinion, those are stupid who think that the only music worthy of listening to is their own, who get as angry as beasts when you touch the latest crap from their favorite band, those who judge an album based on how technically well-executed the solos are or how clean the sound is. That’s all, how they dress matters little to me. And I would like to say that many of the calmest, kindest, and friendliest people on this site are often exactly the brutalists or extreme metal listeners. I like them!

@47, gne' gne' :DD Well, I wouldn’t know which of the two unplugged to prefer; I loved both, and I still love them, even though I mostly listen to different things now. It’s true, Layne’s voice was pretty much gone to hell, but I think that only adds to the allure of his interpretation, more tortured than ever. It’s just a shame that because of this, many vocal parts were handed over to Cantrell, whose voice is not even comparable. And if it’s poorly played, who cares? When an album gives me chills like that, even if it's played badly, who gives a damn!! @donjunio, do you not find Down in a Hole in the acoustic version memorable? I think it is, at least in terms of intensity. But I realize that this is all about personal feelings. As for Nirvana, I think the choice of so many covers could have been a necessity; I don't know how I would perceive certain Nirvana tracks in acoustic form. I’ve never heard the PJ unplugged, but I suspect Alessio’s opinion doesn’t carry much weight :-))

I don't quite agree with you about Alice's unplugged, but I have to go to class now, I'll be back later :-)

Bubi, just send it as a regular review, the editors will take care of placing it among the literary cases ;-)
