@Contemplation, regarding Mertens, "Maximizing the Audience" is stunning. I don't know his other works, but that one is worth listening to (in my opinion, you don't even need to be that brave). I fully agree with Surfer and Bartle, a fanatical and rather childish review, stuffed with the most blatant and hackneyed clichés about metal. Moreover, it's the fifth one on the album.
