I'm listening to it again right now, splendid. As the reviewer rightly points out, Hatfield is somewhat of a synthesis of the various Canterbury souls. I don't have the next one, but if you say it's even better, I'll definitely remedy that. It's curious that no one ever thought to review this record, a gap that has been well filled.

Well, difficult in what sense? Certainly, Rock Bottom is much more listenable than this, even though it is not an easy album.
