Anyway, I picked up Ozma+Gluey again. Two years ago, I couldn't digest it at all, but now it seems my stomach is more efficient since I devoured both of them entirely without too much effort.

I only have Ozma+Gluey too, never managed to get past the first 10 minutes. And usually, "indigestible" albums don’t scare me, but that one really does. The voice is just unbearable. But if you say this is so different, maybe I'll consider it.

Hi Alè. I appreciate the little page, since appreciating the Melvins feels too challenging for me. But who knows, maybe I'll give it another shot.

A beautiful and touching page, exactly the kind of duplicate that has every reason to exist for me.

Stunning review, among the most beautiful pages I've read lately.

Regarding the homepage proposals, I enter each published page; if I see that the proposal might interest me, I read everything, otherwise, I exit. However, I have never given a review a one-star rating ONLY because it's a duplicate; I might enter and point out that it's a duplicate or that for me it's a useless page, and that's it, an opinion that is worth just as much as the others.

I admit you were right about Cannas' review, really well written and on a record that's always worth discussing. However, I still stand by my opinion: recently, I gave a 5 to a duplicate, and it's not the first time I've done it. It depends on how it's written and whether it truly adds something new to the record in question. I'm not biased, even though certain things annoy me. If you're interested, I refer you to the comments on this review: Invisible Touch - Genesis - Recensione di paolo1968 where I and other users try to explain why we criticize certain reviews. I'm not doing it for masochism or for the 5 minutes of glory, that's for sure. What I generally try to avoid (though I'm not always successful) is insulting people for trivial reasons and without even knowing them, which I'm sorry to notice you do often and gladly.

I have been pointed out, not without reason, that I was somewhat careless in evaluating this page at the time. I still find three reviews of the same album over five months to be generally unhelpful, but I must admit that the page is of excellent quality and probably the best on an album that I believe deserves rivers of ink. I take a step back and give you the rating you deserve.

I hadn't read post 10 yet, it's obvious that MY opinion represents only MY opinion. However, I have the right to express it just like everyone else. I also find it amusing, you went to dig through all my 2300 comments to find something to latch onto? I don't understand what sense these attacks make, but oh well.

It's true, that was a good review, but I'm against always talking about the same albums. It would be fine if it was the fourth one in general, but discussing the same album three times in five months seems pointless to me. I could be wrong, but many people here feel the same way; frankly, I don't see the reason to insult me for it, nor to randomly drop one on my reviews (not that I care about the ratings, huh).
