Brian Eno Before and After Science
Voto:
I bought this album out of curiosity, used on vinyl. After a quick listen, I liked it very little and it ended up in the forgotten pile collecting dust. Since YOU described it this way, and considering what many here on debasero say about YOU, I promise to revisit it. A small, perhaps useless way to pay tribute to YOU... and I know it's never too late.

A record shouldn't be listened to with "premises." It should just be listened to. This, specifically, isn't much, but Enrico is always there in the background, and you can feel it, for better or for worse.

The band that embodies the definition of "vibe." Seen live, I will never forget them.

I agree. If I were to review it now, I'd be slinging shit, but back then my world revolved around that. And you can tell... I’d say... ;)

Well done Georgino, well done you. An enthusiastic review, which I don't entirely agree with.

I was there in Bologna (10th concert) and also in Milan (11th). It cost me a fortune because this time I wanted to be comfortable. I could go on and on with compliments using adjectives that would never be enough, but instead, I’ll say that if he had added more dates, I probably would have drained my bank account. Excellent review, even though it’s really difficult to convey who that slightly older man is who invented pop music (in the noble sense of the term). I hope he lasts long enough for my daughter to be born and see him perform, understanding something. Kudos to the band, truly above average in class, attitude, and technique. Rock on, Paul!

I saw them play live in Milan 18 years ago and they really blew me away.

I was there, of course. Comfortably seated in the audience this time, considering the attention I had to give to those who have been accompanying me for 20 years around the world to see THE KING, and who is now carrying a little Beatles fan in her arms. It was my tenth concert, and the next day in Milan we enjoyed the 11th. Well done EMBAR, you captured the emotion and atmosphere well, with words that only we beatlesmaniacs can truly understand. Paul is nearing 70, but you wouldn't know it at all. An exceptional show. Really moving at times. Anyway, enough adjectives, they'd always be the same. Paul needs to be seen, and above all, thanked for what he has given to music, and for what he has given to us who adore him. Rock on!!!
