And soon enough, with Cris W., snatched from Paul McCartney, the drumming will be back to its peak. I agree with the idea that this was the golden period of Dire Straits, one of the few bands whose live recordings match or even surpass their studio performances.

Killerj: For me, scraping the barrel essentially means writing, playing, and recreating the same chord progression with the same sounds, the same intentions, the same production imprint, the same rhythmic base, the same bass line, the same voice for 50 years. As for whether it's a nice barrel, although I personally disagree, it can be debated...

Better. But the road is long... so I won't rate you like the others above. What do you mean by "listenable musicality"? You're making a lot of mistakes; I suggest you write in Word and then copy and paste, so things like "acchitto" won't slip by you. Anyway, I admire your attachment to the great Ruggeri. If there are really 12, then congrats. Ciau

A learned and well-written review. But if I had been one of the editors, I would have asked for vacation instead of reading it all to find the points to bold. Your comment number 7 made my balls drop due to its presumptuousness. I'm sorry, but while I appreciate the "thickness" of the product offered in your reviews, boredom has taken over. AGRA, in short (in the Venetian sense of the term), just to quote Biancardi with a bit more lightness.

The Boss has been scraping the bottom of the barrel for a while now. End of story.

I mostly agree with what you’re saying. If you had also talked about the album, it would have been even more helpful... from the reading, I only understand that PG doesn’t sing but whispers, and that he has been experimenting for 30 years. Too little.
