I didn't really like the comic, I can only imagine what kind of reaction the viewing of this film will provoke in me...
Guns N' Roses Appetite For Destruction
Voto:
This album is the MASTERPIECE of Guns N' Roses, and indeed it teeters on the edge of decency. (In his madness, Starblazer sometimes gets it right, even if he has exaggerated here). In my opinion, Appetite For Destruction is an acceptable hair rock album (bands like Van Halen, Motley Crue, King Diamond, and Alice Cooper are on another planet) and a modest hard rock outing (One album by Black Sabbath or Deep Purple is worth the entire discography of GnR). Anyway, I hate Axl. I know it has nothing to do with it, but I’m saying it anyway.
Pearl Jam Unplugged

"Nirvana professionals and Pearl Jam craftsmen": it's by uttering similar phrases that one ends up in my black book. Every now and then, even I find the Pearl Jam to be a bit overrated, but I still like them quite a bit; in my opinion, they are definitely better than Nirvana.
Arcadium Breathe Awhile

A bit heavy, yes, but a good review. I had already heard the album mentioned and it really piques my interest, but I still haven't managed to get my hands on it...
Uriah Heep Wonderworld

Good review! I know very little about Uriah Heep, but the fact that I've heard of them before turning 18 is already quite something. I'll have to listen to them properly sooner or later.

I would say a five for consistency, even though I know very little about similar genres. I must have missed something...

That cover reminds me a lot of Luis Royo...

In short, Giudicone, I’m not a fan of scream or growl either, but I really can’t picture this album sung in clean! And if you think that’s ridiculous, just try listening to those by Cannibal Corpse! A passable review, although completely useless :) A five for the album is a must instead.

A passionate (to say the least) description of the emotions and an exhaustive overview of the musical aspects of the album, an excellent review! I would love to get into this kind of music, but I wouldn't know where to start, any suggestions?
