Forgiveness, forgiveness. I had a book from those years about dinosaurs illustrated by a Czechoslovak artist whose name I can't remember, and it was my joy as a child.
Nine Inch Nails Pretty Hate Machine

Exemplary attempt to combine fashionable melodies, I don’t mean this in a negative sense, with the dark electronics of Ministry and Skinny Puppy. However, the results are inconsistent: Sanctified and Something I Can Never Have are truly beautiful, as are Sin, That's What I Get, and Terrible Lie; the rest (as has already been mentioned, I believe) appears to be a collection of '80s pop songs covered by a layer of dark electronic sheen that has become moldy over time: completely harmless Head Like a Hole, overly flashy Down in It, and rather dull The Only Time. An album like Twitch from '86 by Ministry, still rooted in pop, sounds infinitely more original, imaginative, dark, and perverse, devouring Pretty Hate Machine for breakfast and not just in the NIN discography.

I give (Y)(Y)(Y)(Y)(Y) to the hottie then, and 5 just for California Gurls, take that.
Mike Patton Mondo Cane

A spectacular entertainment.

Not a brilliant film but a masterful one; it’s up to future generations to interpret this sentence of mine. In the end, it turned out that Keyser Soze was Bartle, right?
Florencia Berlotti Flor 2

Nice, perhaps a bit too much of a quotation from the first caustic Truffaut or the more carefree Godard.
Quentin Tarantino Jackie Brown

This is a big movie, no doubts about it.
David Cronenberg A History Of Violence
Voto:
Really great film, my first Cronenberg.
Richard Kelly Donnie Darko

Certainly nice, but absolutely not phenomenal. (The dialogue about the Smurfs didn’t make me laugh much because with my friends, worse comes out: is that a good or a bad thing?)
Arthur Conan Doyle Il Mastino dei Baskerville

I miss 19th century Britain. And also Doyle, whom I shamefully have never read.
