Oops, I almost forgot about Jerry Calà, stage name of Calogero Calà (Catania, June 28, 1951), who is an Italian comedian, film actor, and director. His name is also linked to his career with the Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli, as well as to some catchphrases he created in the seventies. Biography Jerry Calà was born on June 28, 1951, in Catania but grew up in Verona, where he attended the Scipione Maffei classical high school, from parents originally from San Cataldo (in the province of Caltanissetta). Calà's career as a comedian began in Veneto, alongside Umberto Smaila, with whom he formed, along with Nini Salerno and two other members, the group of Gatti, to which Franco Oppini soon joined. The group would then land at the legendary Derby of Milan, but their television success came from participating in the show Non Stop, directed by Enzo Trapani. From this show, and the subsequent ones, they also recorded two singles, Prova and Capito (theme of Domenica in), which topped the national sales charts. At that point, the Gatti were a hit in Italy: they also debuted in cinema in a couple of films by Carlo Vanzina (Arrivano i gatti and Una vacanza bestiale, both from 1980).
The main reason for launching his solo career in cinema, in 1981 Jerry Calà left the group, which continued as a trio. Since then, he has starred in numerous successful comedy films, especially during the eighties and early nineties, also allowing himself a dramatic role in the grotesque Diario di un vizio (1993) by Marco Ferreri.
He eventually ventured into directing, self-directing in five films: Chicken Park (1994), a silly parody of Spielberg's contemporaneous film Jurassic Park; Ragazzi della notte (1995), about the disco scene; Gli inaffidabili (1997), in which he reunited the Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli making a nod to Amici miei (of which the group would inevitably do a theatrical version in 2002, directed by Monicelli himself); Vita Smeralda (2006), set in the jet set of Porto Cervo; Torno a vivere da solo (2008), the ideal sequel to Vado a vivere da solo by Marco Risi (1982), the first film in which Jerry starred, where he met then-young showgirl Mara Venier, whom he married in 1984 but separated from after just a year, yet still maintained excellent relations (in fact, along with Don Mazzi - both as themselves - he opens and closes Torno a vivere da solo, while his appearance in Vado a vivere da solo was cut in the editing phase). In Di Pipì Room (2011), which is ideally linked to Ragazzi della notte, he is only the director.
In 2009, he made his dubbing debut, voicing the magic mirror in the Italian version of the USA animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
In the meantime, while he cannot be defined as a singer, Jerry has also made a name for himself as an entertainer with his voice and musical performances. The highlight of his appointments are certainly the evenings at the Capannina del Forte dei Marmi, the historic venue in Versilia where in 1997 Jerry began a collaboration with the band "I Bravo," consisting of ten members: to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the venue, which took place in summer 2009, Calà released the single with his "dance" version of Maracaibo, the song by Lu Colombo with which he usually closes his performances. In his show Sapore di mare, every Wednesday in July and every Wednesday and Friday in August, Jerry attracts about 2,500 people each evening, with an audience mainly composed of young people between 15 and 35 years old: the performance is inspired by the eponymous film by Vanzina, in which he was one of the protagonists, filmed in 1982 precisely at the Capannina del Forte.

Well-written yes, but I don't think there's any information that someone who has listened to a couple of thrash albums doesn't already know. I find the record to be much inferior to the next two, but I am among the very few who think so. And now, let the festivities begin.

No, I just wanted to say that the cover is terrifying. They made me hate them, a friend of mine, who only knew them from power, moreover.

I remembered that the production is scarce because Samuelson and Poland had blown half the cash on coke. As for Megadeth, I had listened to everything from this to Youthanasia, and it's exactly these two albums that I have not even a faint memory of. Review, whatever.

Only with memento can I read reviews like this, six thousand lines long, about albums I will never listen to.

3) THE JOKE:
A boy goes to his girlfriend's house, knocks on the door, and his mother-in-law opens. He says:
"Excuse me, I came to ask for your daughter’s hand."
"What manners! You should say, 'I came to ask for your daughter's hand!'"
"Excuse me, the time for romance is over."
