I don't understand all this controversy. As I already said, often the best are in the details. To be part of it is an honor reserved for a few chosen ones (and indeed, the fact that it was hidden gave me that sense of secrecy that I like so much). Here, the art of fooling around is expressed, sometimes sublime, what more could you want? And indeed, even this one, with the painful note of disaffection, that fuck you to Te and Timbaland and those quotes from Cervo a Primavera, seems enchanting to me.

I quite liked the review, but I won't vote for it because it's a duplicate of mine. I don't completely agree with what you're saying, but you certainly raise some issues, which are well summarized by Orwell and Hardrock 92. Vasco is like that, and thankfully he is. At the same time, I fear he will make an album that's the same as the previous one. But, if I were in his situation, I honestly wouldn't know what to do. His range is too limited for him to do something else, and it's clear that he won't be able to make a better album staying where he is. I got the date wrong and didn't go to Verona, so I don't know how the cello experiment went. You think it went poorly. But he has to move somehow. You'd like a bit of optimism... but there's plenty of that elsewhere, and anyway, the romantic touch of his words doesn't seem like a bottomless pit to me (if there's someone who doesn't understand the nightmares of goldfish, there's also someone who does). Bringing up Luca Carboni doesn't make sense; it doesn't seem relevant. I exchanged a few words with him after the concert and smoked together, and he seems very calm, not gloomy as one might (wrongly) think. Of course, he is in the middle of a quagmire and might drown, but let's give him a bit of trust.

And anyway, "parolacce" is spelled like this, and not "parolaccie," please...

Yes, 3 stars are really too few, especially because "Are Friends" and "Down in the Park" are two true masterpieces, unforgettable.
