@Dj, I saw him too at the theater. But he wasn't sad; for me, it was a bit of an off evening. Having been a hero of mine since I was fourteen, it feels like I saw him after his prime. The memories were too distant and faded. And my fourteen years were certainly not suited for the theater. The concert, seen with different eyes, was good. And then Graham Maby, may God always keep him in glory!

Happy that you’ve started writing again! I quote Super, the best will always be Naked, a true punch to the gut.

Hi Primi, sorry for the delay. Oh yes, poor Joe Jackson. I saw him again last year, alive. But it was really a night for veterans, a bit sad. Keep in mind that he was one of my heroes when I was fourteen; our marines had I'M A MAN and Beat Crazy playing in the background. I didn't know this one, maybe I'll get it.

Overrated by critics, it seemed clear to me, which then, naturally, does not correspond to great fame or sales. And anyway, even that always means something. Or are we at the point where what doesn't sell is cool, and what sells is crap? And not even Tito, if he goes on tour in Ukraine, seems to be doing very well.

I quote Enea. P.s., I forgot to ask him, but how did he (stumble) upon Demis? P.p.s.: are we sure it's him? The cover reminds me of Connery (separated at birth?)

Gustav, I would like to make something clear to you: the fact that we disagree on almost everything does not mean we are at war. Or put another way, I have never thought you were an asshole. If I think you’re talking nonsense, I will let you know. But that has nothing to do with how I feel about you as a person, in fact, I like you. So there’s no axe to grind. At least, not for me.

Uh! How lovely the double reviews are! They remind me of something (Captain, damned traitor, Friday cazzio you too:-)). I read them with great pleasure, even though I will never listen to the album, not even under torture.

A rather dreadful album. Like all those that, following a masterpiece—in this case "Moon Safari"—seek alternative paths by retracing their steps, Air find themselves in a dead end. The Floydian drift turns into harmful reminiscences of "Oldfield," which is about the worst that electronics have to offer (think of a Manuel Gottsching, right?). While Alex Gopher, raising the bpm, breaks through the sound barrier and Etienne De Crecy lowers it, finding the root, Air, undeniably, no longer know what to do. If this is a 5, then Moon Safari is a 12. If this is a masterpiece of electronic music, Gustav, you have never heard of Black Dog, Aphex Twin, or Autechre, or anything else released by Warp. Or, more recently, the first The Field, rather than James Holden or Burial. And the review wouldn't even be bad if it talked about a true masterpiece...

Can I go against the grain and say that I’ve always found these Gallon a bit overrated? Loved by critics, I had a double hit with the first one, Tonite. Yeah, a bit Birthday, a bit Cramps, a bit Beasts, but always underneath. Both in writing and in the overall sound. And come on, you can't touch Tito Larriva, what the hell. Last year, one night when I was drunk, I intended to follow him on his tour in Ukraine, I was really convinced, but fortunately the next day I was sober, but those ten minutes with Salma, looking for marijuana, are so rock 'n' roll, almost, like a concert of mud honey.
