Martha And The Muffins Metro Music

Finally, you are into serious music :-). Ah, how much I adored the Marthe back in high school... we would skip school and ride our Vespas into town to buy their records. I think I even bought this one in London when I was 14. The masterpiece remains the third, This is the ice age; one of the two Marthe had already departed, I believe there's a review in the Vortex. Here we are still in the realm of nervous pop, and how I wish we still had more nervous pop...

I have a little gnome too. I went to see Nori, too, at a public reading in a bookstore to present I don't remember what, about 6/7 years ago. I had a great time. Then, as usual, I got lost and ended up having drinks. The next day I went back to the bookstore to buy something by him. They had nothing! The bookstore, ça va sans dire, went out of business in a couple of seasons. And I never had the idea to go ask for a Nori book in a bookstore again. I guess I’ll never read it. The page, however, is pleasant, odra.

Look beautiful, I've understood a few things perfectly: a) that you are rather ignorant about music, given that you don't know who Leadbelly is (not to mention your other outbursts, like saying I have no right to speak because I listen to and adore PJ, and that deserves a Guinness record) b) that you are a rather presumptuous person, considering you allow yourself to say that all the other reviews of this album are garbage and you come in to explain what it is, or that the dozens of people who have posted here haven't understood you (poor thing) c) that your "critique" of this album is totally useless, because it neither subtracts nor adds anything to the hundreds of pages that have been written on the same d) that it's not enough to have studied a bit to understand what’s inside if you lack the foundations to place it not only within the work of a band that, like it or not, has been fundamental in the history of rock but, more importantly, within the history of rock itself e) that the "novelty" of your reading, which is prose and not poetry, is just some high school genius idea, as someone pointed out, because if you don't want to do a usual critical job on this album, at least respect the emotions and sensations it has given to the millions who have listened to it f) that, precisely because it is a rather important work within the world of song, it has more musical importance than metamusical, and so, returning to point a), to tackle it, you need to at least know who Leadbelly is. In short, stop acting so superior and start approaching important albums with a bit more humility, and you’ll see you’ll gain more appreciation.

The reviews on Nirvana always attract attention, no matter what nonsense is said, there's even Sfascia speaking in Italian. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful page, as usual, Psycho (said by a vinyl maniac, so I'm biased). But since we are in the Thrill realm, what do you think of the new Arbouretum? I've been wanting to review it for about a month, but I'd have to talk about disappointment, so I'll pass. Better this Pontiak.

This review was exactly what we needed, to tell us that Cobain had dirty hair. And you really don't know "the" Leadbelly, since there’s only one, and he’s one of the most important and celebrated bluesmen in history (see Clapton, Van Morrison, and thus Lanegan). An essential page, I would say.

Of horrible tastes :-). Look, you didn't state it as nonsense, but as a decree. Enriched with pity for a sixteen-year-old, you should shut your mouth and clear your ears. It takes a real spirit of provocation or having ears full of wax to declare that Black Market is better than Without You. Far from de gustibus.

Of all this chatter, the best one nonetheless, and no one noticed it, is that of Ashanti; Placebo released only one album, Black Market Music. Did you mean Without You I'm Nothing, or had you already drunk a liter of grappa by three in the afternoon? If the latter is true, why not invite us DeBaseristi too?

Strange, I didn't say Wow! This isn't bad, but in person back then they were quite imploded.
