...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead So Divided

I agree with both iltrucido and Trellheim, they have worsened and the most beautiful remains "Source...". With every consequence.

Dear Aristarco, in my opinion, the Low are not yet at the peak of their awareness. They are indecisive between Youngian implosions and mystical Albion 4adiscenti. Therefore, I don't fully agree with your analysis, although I do appreciate it; in fact, reading it tired me a bit. Please don't take it amiss if I don't give you a grain of a vote... perhaps next time, since your attention to this little work deserves some applause nonetheless.

Sure, Jamie, I'm not the one to judge. But a) Did you read what’s written before sending it? Let me remind you: "Check that the disk to be reviewed is not already present, etc." b) I see that your review is getting a lot of success even among the other Debaserists. And to think that I didn’t even vote for you...

Dear Jamie, unfortunately, they publish everything here, so don't get your hopes up. Your belief is wrong. The Negramaro, as the late Sanjuro would say, are throwing javelins. They are the worst successful Italian band along with the Finley. I'm telling you this as someone who has had the misfortune of hearing them live (they were at a festival, between One Dimensional Man and Afterhors). I listened for a couple of minutes and then had to hang out at the bar for an hour. Nonetheless, even in the background, they really grated on my nerves. The singer's barking in particular. Let's not even talk about the banality of the songs and their inability to infuse energy. I see you're passionate about pop music: there’s beautiful stuff in Italy without having to listen to this rubbish. Get to work. And above all, even if they publish everything, stick to the principle of not making duplicates. I assure you, no one needs to hear another review of these. Good luck.

Perhaps for the first time, I agree with Arnold. You have succeeded in this incredible feat! Congratulations! I am therefore obliged to give you a 2. Just to ruin your average.

The only time I heard them was because I was playing at a "punk" festival where they were also performing. Aside from the fact that it was unclear why they were invited, they were definitely the worst of the evening, apart from my band, of course. I see that they haven't improved. I agree that I wouldn't even spend a euro to see them.

Sorry, could you also do the review of Radiohead? Or make four of these?

If I say that I agree with Bertoncelli after the first day of listening, will Guccini come and insult me, or will you think about it, Black? Anyway, he's also noticed the Beatles references mentioned above, and he cites Drake as a source for a part, while I was thinking of another. P.S.: Bertoncelli's review is a little better, but just a little, than the four that have appeared here. I would recommend the band of four to give it a read.

I would have gladly done without commenting, but on this page there are truly a series of colossal nonsense. I'll start from a principle: if our guys took years to record this album, it would be appropriate to analyze it with a bit more respect. If only because the Radiohead, with a few albums, have earned that respect. So not only the comments but also the reviews fall into the attempt to say everything at once, inevitably ending up in the obvious and useless. Just to give two examples: "All I Need" is a misstep? But where? It's an amazing track, with a wonderful final orchestration. Or how can we not talk about the influence, never so Beatlesque in the "Radiohead" of "Faust Arp"? And a somewhat sensible analysis of the rhythm, on which this time everything in the album hangs (the writing is always the same), though by now it's quite obvious, from the drum'n'bass of "15 Step" to the downtempo in the Massive of the already mentioned "All I Need." I'll stop here. It would be nice if everyone would take a break and discuss the album again in a couple of months.

The problem is that in the rush to be the first to review it, sentences are written that make the Italian language seem like a stranger...
