Sdoll is not your impression: I wrote in the review that I find it as pleasant as a fistful of sand in the bed. Beyond Life and Weather Man are surely among his best performances, but they didn't make me reassess him too much, while I think I will soon watch Cuore Selvaggio and also Arizona Dream.

This CD is nice. A comeback of glam-rock. Derivative??? To the core, but pleasant and well-crafted. Unfortunately, I hate the voice of Hawkings or whatever his name is. I can handle falsetto when it's measured, but this one just annoys me. Good riffs, solos, and melodies. In short, there are worse things, there are better things. They have been in between and will live off the two albums they made for quite a few years. I liked their way of making fun of themselves.

I don't read the reviews. I have to say that they surprised me. It's an enjoyable CD, and this is news with three songs of considerable quality that I listen to very willingly. Too bad about the vocals and solos not always being inspired, but still, I'll give it a thumbs up.
