When I was as tall as a nightstand, I practically knew it by heart. On my personal podium, this one sits on the lowest step because at the top is "Nati con la camicia" and in the middle is "Lo chiamavano trinità." I get nostalgic and say that we were much luckier than today's youngsters to watch these great light-hearted films and silly comedies that were infinitely superior and more enduring compared to the digital crap, filled with useless special effects, that they're peddling now.

It would make me and would still make me angry if I just picked it up at the newsstand. It blatantly exposes my ignorance and logical capacity at its lowest terms. However, I fondly remember the first crossword puzzles written in meticulously neat print and then a rapid descent into hieroglyphics scrawled with a thousand corrections on squares that were definitely more white than black.

I remember Tom Hanks with his knees all messed up scratching his balls repeatedly, Madonna shaking her ass between one beat and another, Davis chewing tobacco and showing off in a skirt, and the exceptional ending that really catches you off guard... An okay movie, but really very light.
