Indeed you are right aliensoundtrack, especially mushroom, but moonshake has a greater effect because it's in a pop style.

I don't understand all these ones, the concept of the game is brilliant... anyway, for me the real fun lies in building the houses. Rece splendid.

Concise yet enjoyable review. This album isn't on the same level as Tago Mago for me, but it's still good; Moonskape has something alien about it...

Driven by curiosity, I listened to a piece of Litanies of Satan on YouTube. I am deeply shocked: compared to this, Suicide makes music for children. I won't listen to anything like that again for all the world...

I've never heard anything by this Burzum, but from the name, it sounds like he has smelly armpits...

Does Shadowofsteel@ also miss that damn Hemingway? I'm incredibly angry because I can't get it anymore...

I should preface this by saying that I haven't played the previous Final Fantasies, only this one and the next. My rating for the game is definitely a 5, especially for its sentimental value. The review is excellent, but I think you are mistaken in considering the characters insignificant: each one has its own personality, and while the psychology of a Vivi or a Steiner may be somewhat superficial, every character has their backstory and their role in the development of the plot (the story of the Black Mages, Freija's journey, the village of Madein Sari). The criticism regarding the game's extreme ease is valid (I believe you were hinting at this when you mentioned Ozma), and I agree completely because throughout the game, I rarely encountered difficult battles. However, I believe that the mini-games (the Chocobo in particular, which kept me occupied for entire days in front of the PlayStation) and Trivia's final monologue (honestly, I've never encountered such an intelligent and desolate speech in a video game) are worth the purchase on their own, beyond personal tastes.
