Mayhem De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas

Even though the review is a bit short, it still manages to engage, capturing the true essence of the album. Great tracks like the title track, "Freezing Moon", "Funeral Fog", "Cursed In Eternity" or "Life Eternal" are incredible. This is my favorite album by Mayhem; I respect "Deathcrush" as an album, but I don't like it that much, except for a few tracks, maybe due to Dead's vocals. I find Dead's voice too exaggerated and screaming, while I prefer Attila's. Let it be clear that I still regard Dead as a vocalist.

Great review and wonderful songs! The title track is pure power, as well as "What You Don't Know Can Sure Hurt You" and "Sin After Sin."

This review has piqued my curiosity; I'll try to listen to tracks like "The Right Rock," "Back To The City," and "Electric Love" to see if I like them, as I've never heard them before. The review is really good and detailed.. ROCK UNTIL YOU DROP!!

Since you’re curious, I would recommend both "Fear No Evil" and "See You In Hell", but "Rock You To Hell" isn’t bad either, especially since it contains the classic title track, "Night Of The Vampire" and I think also "Lust For Freedom".. see which ones you like best.. Anyway, thanks for the good rating you gave me.. STAY METAL!

Sure, Anvil have a more speed style than N.W.O.B.H.M., like Diamond Head or Raven.. anyway, Grim have made a bit of history, even though they're not exactly original.. I think their influences have been the early Judas Priest albums and also something from Ronnie James Dio's solo work. Bartleboom, thanks also for the ratings.. If you feel like it, give me your opinion on Exciter's "New Testament".. Bye :)

You're right, we're just missing "Metal Rock," which includes great tracks like "Heavy Metal," "I Never Lost Control," and "We Want Live With Rock'N'Roll," along with the magnificent "Live On Streets Of Danger." Soon, there will also be the new album by Fire Trails, and it seems like there will be a solo album in Italian from Pino Scotto as well. Until next time!!

Bravo Defender85, like me, you did a great review of a very important Italian metal band, namely the VANADIUM of the legendary PINO. You dug up a beautiful album that I was hesitant to review, but then I chose "Game Over." Maybe check it out on my page. Thank goodness you thought of "A Race With The Devil"!! The title track is stunning, the rocking "Fire Trails," the excellent "Russian Roulette," and the melancholy "Don't Be Lookin' Back." STAY METAL!!!
