Saw it recently. I quite liked it. There's no need to lavish more praise on Nicholson, who reaffirms his greatness (5). Scorsese (4) and Di Caprio (4) did well too. Damon was decent (3). The review was good, even though it didn't mention the other protagonist of this film, the FBI. One more merit of Scorsese is that he didn't assault our ears with the horrible solo performed by unknowns in this miserable version of Comfortably Numb, letting us only hear Van Morrison’s vocals, something Waters definitely should have done too, that is to CUT. I therefore don't understand why this version was chosen; was it a monetary issue? Who knows..
