They put me in for much less... anyway... I haven't listened to metal in a while, but as for black rock, if you want to get a little closer to the genre through alternative means, listen to Turisas, Therion (who are considered black just because they initially played black), and some folk black bands like Finntroll... anyway, try Turisas if you don't know them.

I don't fucking know... you can't say something like that... I can name albums that I consider superior to the one you mentioned... Giorgio Canali and Rossofuoco, Fluxus with Pura Lana Vergine, at least 2 albums by After, the first 2 by Bluvertigo, at least 1 album by CSI, Viaggio Senza Vento by Timoria, the first 3 by Litfiba, at least 2 by Ritmo Tribale. Whether due to historical significance or other reasons, in my opinion, they are superior.
