"When this album was released, I remember that the Guns had already been famous for a good year: can anyone tell me how a band can be famous even before they record their first album??? bahh mystery of faith"
Are you sure you’re not confusing GUNS 'N' ROSES with L.A. GUNS??
In any case, "Appetite" was released in Italy only a year after its release in America, and in the meantime, "our" guys had already made quite a name for themselves, especially in the Californian underground scene... You tell me which of the two hypotheses is correct...

"I feel a little out of place leaving a comment among people who have witnessed the birth of certain masterpieces... I'm only 19 years old and when I started to truly understand the meaning of the word 'music,' the Guns had already broken up for a while..."
And think, I'm only 20 years old too...
"..After Appetite, they only made crap..."
If today's music were crap HALF as much as USE YOUR ILLUSION I-II, GNRLIES, SPAGHETTI ACCIDENT, then we would live in a world, musically speaking, almost perfect... it's true that "Appetite" is the most sincere album, real, most likely the most beautiful of the Guns, but to say that the other albums are poor is a sacrilege... Sure, for me the Guns exist only until Slash and Izzy were there, because the ones playing today are not the Guns, I'm convinced they are lookalikes, very poor copies of our originals; but from '87 to '94-'95, these young men from Los Angeles produced albums that marked the history of rock, and that influenced thousands of bands and young people of the '90s.

"...in Under My Skin in some tracks it seemed matured (at least a bit) and now???.."
In fact, if I'm to be honest, some songs like "I'm with you" and "complicated" weren't too bad; I even found them quite nice, but this time it falls much lower...
"Hurry up, come one, come all: The user "LONGLIVEROCK" is available to satisfy groups of horny and very dirty guys (of any color). He receives every evening in an apartment near the central station, guaranteed maximum confidentiality! He is only passive and looks for well-endowed men to satisfy his femininity. Hairy men or types like Rob Halford are welcome. Hurry up! 3 blowjobs for only 100 euros!!"
Okay, I get that it's a very free site where you can write anything and more, but is it possible that there isn't a moderator who can ban this poor guy?.. oh well, patience, after all, the village idiot (the blog idiot) is always around when there's a more or less numerous community (even if virtual). Patience, let's keep him; in the end, it’s not even his fault...

"...but, in any case, we want to understand that Iommi IS NOT A TECHNICAL GUITARIST?!?!.."
Indeed, Tony Iommi cannot be defined as a particularly technical guitarist. This is one of the main characteristics of the Sabbath: the almost complete absence of technicalities, an essential sound, tracks that have made music history in their disarming simplicity. And just like Iommi, we can't say that Ozzy Osbourne has a "big voice," quite the opposite (especially when compared to certain singers of the time, among them Robert Plant, Bon Scott, Ian Gillan). If you want to listen to TECHNICAL musicians from that period, you should listen to Deep Purple or even Led Zeppelin; but I would definitely not say the same about Black Sabbath...

I believe that the vote summarizes my thoughts on this live and on this artist...

Beautiful review and a splendid album that stands as a milestone in all of rock.
"..They weren't like Bon Jovi, Poison or Aerosmith, the fake bad boys or the fake addicts.."
Well, to be fair, Bon Jovi never claimed to be fake bad boys or fake addicts; Bon Jovi has always been romantics, the absolute kings of glam-metal. Aerosmith, on the other hand, has cleaned themselves up now, after spending years detoxifying, but in the '70s they were among the worst junkies and party animals in the rock universe: there was a time (late '70s to early '80s) when Joe Perry and Steven Tyler had reached a point of no return, caught between drugs and nightclubs…

"NOTICE TO DEBASER USERS: FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF APRIL, FOR EVERY 2 PUMPS YOU GET DONE BY KIARAVRIL, THE THIRD ONE IS FREE. COME ON, COME IN DROVES!!! AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT THEIR SOFT BUTT, JUST PAY AN EXTRA SUPPLEMENT AND IT WILL ALL BE YOURS. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??"
Here comes the classic idiot popping up out of nowhere and shooting off-topic nonsense, insulting for no reason at all. I don't like Avril, except as a girl, and I expressed my opinion with a 2, saying my piece about her supposed qualities as an artist very civilly. Insulting someone who wrote the review like this is the most out-of-place and idiotic thing one can do.

Here, I'll give it a 3 so we reach a 3.5, which I think it fully deserves... But do 10/10 ratings really suck for someone?
