prepare excellent and plentiful coals. Unpack the poletti and divide it into 8 parts, as it comes from production, it should be conveniently divisible. Thread the skewer through the 8 parts interspersed with peppers and pieces of bread. 3-4 hours over lit coals, without flames et voilà!
