At 1:25 AM, I am getting ready to read with eyes heavy and sleepy this review of yours which, as always, is immaculate, although perhaps a bit hefty, probably due to the lack of paragraph breaks that doesn't diminish the content anyway. I give it a score of 4.9999999998. I obviously don't know them; I've never been an expert in the field even though I really appreciate this genre every time I happen to listen to it (mostly in the car with my dad, who really knows his stuff; I wonder if one day I'll be like him)... I am still drawn to the folk component... But right now, I'm not in the condition to go searching for dreamy musical atmospheres... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........snore

No, simply the children of great artists, if they try to follow in their parent's footsteps, just end up failing completely (there are always exceptions, of course), perhaps because they have different inclinations in their blood. The young lady has let herself be dazzled by her father's success and wanted to overdo it; that doesn't take away from the fact that she might be much, much better in other fields, like, I don't know, horse riding?
