I'm taking space from the "Sister" just to say that I've noticed the anonymous comment directed at me, and as usual, I don't intend to respond to avoid risking sinking (a low risk since I modestly consider myself a polite and civil person) to the same level of rudeness. However, I once again invite the reviewer to disable anonymous comments next time; unfortunately, this is an unpleasant thing, and I would be against it because, in my experience, many anonymous individuals have interesting things to say, but sadly, due to the actions of two or three rude people, we have to reach this point. Moreover, the anonymous person clearly shows signs of being a regular visitor of the site (and maybe even a user) because from the comment, it's evident that they know some of my professional details that anyone who has been visiting this site for a while would recognize. Therefore, the invitation is to come out into the open and feel free to offend me as a registered user (after all, those who know me understand that such things don't affect me) so we can understand the reasons for such resentment towards me. I apologize again to the "Sister" for occupying space in her review with off-topic discussions, and in this regard, I indeed forgot to elaborate on my ideas, so I'll rectify that immediately.
First of all, regarding the fact that this is the worst among her albums, there is no doubt about it (though I have to say that unlike you, I don't find "Exile" so crucial in the history of '90s female singer-songwriters... it's beautiful, yes, almost a masterpiece but just almost. There were artists like Amos, Harvey, and Germano during those years who, in my opinion, were at least a notch above). However, unlike many meteors and polished singers (like Norah Jones, for instance), here, even if in a convoluted manner compared to previous works, I still see some spark of goodwill and the search for something that perhaps, with the passing of youthful anger (as you pointed out), is no longer so evidently present, but the effort is there—at least I perceive it—and it is still supported by a good dose of irony and sarcasm, which were her distinctive traits. Then, of course, this is just my opinion.

This time "sister" I'm not in agreement with you, it's certainly not a masterpiece but it's not a complete flop either. Of course, "Exile in Guyville" is of a whole different depth, obviously.
