Graham Coxon Happiness In Magazines
Voto:
For Principles: hi, Graham in my humble opinion left Blur due to huge musical differences (just compare the solo work with Damon’s albums), the problem is I explained myself poorly and only realized it afterwards. I meant to say that Cox prefers a more guitar-heavy indie rock, but I wanted to show off and in the end, I expressed myself poorly and understandably, you didn’t get it. Plus, come on, if he had played on "Think Tank" a bit frustrated, it would have been noticeable! For Ghemison: I wrote this review some time ago but it still didn’t convince me, the coincidence with TGTBATQ is purely accidental. And I'm not completely convinced by this album either, otherwise I would have given it a 4. For Shermanoaks: you are absolutely right, but it was the soul of Blur that played a genre quite different from the more recent albums. Graham loved that genre, in this sense, he is not an artist devoted to experimentation like Damon. Best regards!..

I didn’t say, in fact, that you made the comparison... you’re the one who didn’t read. I only pointed out that it’s not true that the desire to distance themselves from being considered clones of the GD is strong, because they have done everything to NOT DO IT. My comment wasn’t an outburst, but an observation!

Ah yes, Zion? A band that wants to "shake off the label of being Green Day clones" doesn’t hire the same producer (as Green Day), the same music video director (as Green Day), and doesn’t create a concept (like the latest from Green Day). Comparing them to Green Day is like comparing the Beatles to 'N Sync. And that says it all, considering that Green Day for me is just a catchy-single band and nothing more. Crap for MTV. That's it. Only the first single is worth saving.

Hannibal Lecter honestly unsettles me... For the rest, thank you for the great grades and also for the critiques.

More beautiful this one from Superunknown. I like cryptic reviews like this. Good job.

A Hugoniot: I know there are more than 2. The reason I did it I wrote in the previous comment; whether it’s two or six has nothing to do with the fact that it seems to me that this album has been treated too poorly.
