In fact, I haven't heard anything from them in at least 5/6 years...so draw your own conclusions.

There was a time when I really liked them... my favorite was their self-titled first album, and the one I liked the least from their discography was this one. I might be mistaken since I haven't listened to them in quite a long time.

Since emo is a fashion and not music, the cover features everything that's EMO around. Crushed, pink stars, death... all we need now is a 15-year-old girl with a lip piercing crying while listening to a 30 Seconds to Mars album and we’re all set.

I really enjoyed the review... very heartfelt and it piques the curiosity of potential future listeners (I believe this is the purpose of a positive review). That said, I will never listen to this album or this music. Not for any particular reason, but simply because I don't understand it and I don't find anything fascinating about it. That being said, I have respect for extreme metal which, like it or not, is honest... my disdain is reserved for pre-adolescent metal or heavy metal!

@easycure: now that we're talking, I wanted to compliment you on the tribute band of The Cure. I hate tribute bands, but you guys are really just like them... and besides, The Cure tribute band isn’t like Vasco or Ligabue (then in one of your posts I read that you play in another group and do your own stuff... well, I’d like the links). Anyway, it’s like you say... I mean, when you're young, you live under the conviction that the '80s are the golden age of music, and in fact, mainstream is the golden age of music. Then you start digging and find things of absolute beauty. I think it’s the decade I prefer. Anyway, the intro that gets on people's nerves was just meant to be ironic... if you don’t have a sense of irony... well, that’s your problem.

Alright, if we've reached Steve then there's nothing more to say. We've hit rock bottom.
