In fact, it means nothing (and just for the record, they don't do punk rock)... anyway, I suggest you not to play the role of the young Leopardi... you've already tried that in your review of HIM [a band you listen to too (so I could also ask you, since you listen to a shitty band, what the hell do you understand about everything else)]... and then you ended up bowing your head. It doesn't take much to understand what it's about. It's music... you play it, listen to it a few times, then see if you like it or not. Honestly, the fact that you appreciate or don't appreciate a genre of music doesn't make you a better person; just as you could recite Faust by heart, it still wouldn't make you an intelligent person.

Look: I believe that objectively it is very well written, subjectively I don't prefer this way of writing and indeed I didn't vote because while it's well done, I don't like it. You say it's the genre that demands this "style"? I can't say because I don't know the album, and I doubt that referencing Werther (a beautiful book but we know: Goethe is Goethe) serves any purpose... for heaven's sake, reviews like that are a good thing, but I prefer the delinquent ones, just as in literature... anyway, doing a review of the review seems like nonsense to me... especially if the review is done excellently.
