They've released a couple of good singles in the past, but they've never caught my interest. The choice to release only singles seems like a brilliant idea and, by the way, it works well (the Melvins did it in the past)... great review as usual.

What I’m saying, supersoul, is: imagine that instead of Warehouse, which is still a disco god, Zen Arcade was released by Warner!!! I don’t know if I’m making myself clear, but I believe that a beautiful work should be spread as much as possible and not left hidden from the masses.

The Flaming Lips up to "Transmissions" (their sixth album) are a god of a band and one of my absolute favorites... right now, for what they're doing, they suck... but if they come to town, I won't miss them! When they signed to Warner, they still managed to churn out some beautiful albums ( "Transmissions" is one of them)... I honestly don't think the example fits because it's not that they sold out, but simply aged... it's hard to overcome the law of the first three albums!

of course not. I meant things far above me, you, and Piero Angela.

Sorry Babel, but is it then impossible for genius in music? Nothing ever happens in a stupid way in music, and there are indeed some genius things. Regarding genius, I think in the opposite way to you: for me, the genius is precisely the one who, by reasoning and analyzing, manages to provide a valid explanation (perhaps even popular).

Conceited and arrogant??? How can one be conceited and know-it-all just by talking about personal preferences? I don't believe that's possible. Maybe you got your panties in a twist because I said something you don't like about something you do like, but that's different from being conceited and a know-it-all. Then starting a comment with: <<of course, AlessioRider, poor thing, is still just a kid>>... I wonder: maybe I’m conceited and a know-it-all, but what about you??? The jury's out on that one!

And then, Poletti, if Iside works as a laborer and took a month's vacation, what the hell do you care? Shouldn’t privacy be something protected by law? And don’t bring up other people's business (I, for example, didn’t know this) to justify your ideas! You're being dishonest.
