The Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

Deciding what the greatest album in history is impossible, but more than anything, it’s pointless.
For example, I personally prefer other albums from the psychedelic year of grace (1967). I’m not talking about which is the most psychedelic (without a doubt, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn), but about a combination of elements that aren’t overemphasized, which ultimately lead to the balance of a masterpiece.
Certainly, Sgt. Pepper remains a great album, but its greatness lies more in the production than in the value of the songs (with "A Day in the Life" being the exception). In this regard, for example, Revolver (1966) surpasses it.

I vote for the concert in Rome EUR, since I haven't seen it. And your review is amazing. I agree with you about this band. In my opinion, Requiem is an absolute masterpiece.

Mmm... I haven't been able to decode this album very well. I like it, but I think it doesn't hold up as well in comparison to the first two over time, though I'm not so sure about that. I need to listen to it again...

One of the biggest current bands, Muse have a bit (not too much) lost their way with the latest album.

For example, the first album by Yes doesn’t drive me crazy.

Well, "Third" by Soft Machine is something immense; for example, I can't stand Genesis. I enjoy listening to Camel and Caravan.

I've recently delved into progressive music, and there are bands I really enjoy like Emerson, Lake & Palmer and others. But I just can't stand King Crimson. Yet I listen to them over and over, trying to assimilate them: nothing. I don’t know.
