I have always despised Gwen Stefani: mediocre voice, irritating stage presence, absolutely gratuitous super diva arrogance, cloying glam attitude... And those No Doubt are getting on my nerves, with one of the most fucked-up hits of the '90s and some seriously slap-worthy faces, well represented by the obscenely bad cover... I'm only passing through because today I heard the single on the radio and it made me feel like I was looking at rusty horseshoes... Good job as always Darius, but, as often happens to you, wasted talent...

You deserve an extra point just for the neologistic trash of "cozzaglia"... The argument about the millions of records sold makes me laugh and is pathetic, the critique of the lead single is fair but you have to understand that today’s kids love this kind of music and it’s cool to listen to it with the Phonphon 5... I won’t rate the album, I’ll just reiterate the title in case someone hasn’t understood it...

A very amusing and easy-to-read review.. I will watch the film because I want to, but already some things make me raise my eyebrows.. Even just in the trailer scenes, you can catch a myriad of quotes and references to "Alien". I'm afraid it's just a bait and switch and a big cop-out, and that irritates me quite a bit. What do they want to convince us of? That it will be the new "Alien" or its worthy heir? Please.. Your words confirm my fears, but I will knowingly embrace the disaster..

Finally, on Debaser we can talk about this fucking idiot too... Where do we start? With the absolutely improbable voice, the lyrics as ridiculous as the script of a Joe d'Amato film, or the arrangements that are as trite and banal as can be? I would say we start with the reviewer, who for having purchased this record deserves only one epithet: idiot! Also because to call the lyrics of an abortion like "Cemento Armato" salvageable takes some guts...

I don't see the masterpiece here. I see a good action-thriller movie with a truly iconic villain and excellent direction of the actors. However, it lacks restraint: it's a film that's too pretentious, losing itself in a frantic search for originality and, in its extreme effort not to be banal, ends up being messy, implausible, with a truly nonsensical and contrived ending. The first episode of the new Batman series is definitely superior to it.

This is a really great rock-pop album with a hint of electronics that fits perfectly. It might not appeal to everyone, but I don’t think one can deny that here the U2 were still capable of making high-profile music; they would manage to do so for a few more years, at least until '95. However, I don’t like the review, it’s tedious, heavy, confusing, and quite self-serving. At least it’s written in Italian..
