I'm curious, are the arrangements purely electronic or is there something acoustic as well, at least the drums?

Why did you pull out of I-don't-know-where the story of a certain evening of... that stuff?

I read the first two volumes, which are very well organized and presented, and I was waiting for the third one, which I’m not sure if it just came out or if I missed it.. Just for a bit of fun, I’m currently revisiting "The Boats Of Glen Carrig," which is somewhat a summary of his work and exemplifies its strengths and weaknesses.. Sometimes it is too repetitive and prosaic, but everyone forgives him when he delivers certain fantastic or horrific moments that are still hard to beat.. In some of his stories, like "The Derelict," he seems decades ahead of his time..

Madonna's album, which works from start to finish.. The bass and the beats follow you wherever your mind wants to go.. A really great feeling, although a bit less abstraction in the titling and identification of the tracks would have helped..

But have you seriously tried to make sense of a reggaeton production? It’s true that we shouldn’t think with prejudices, but with reggaeton, you can’t go wrong: the very fact that it probably wouldn’t even exist without smartphones and those fucking apps should be enough to understand that, like trap, we’re talking about nothing blown up to absurdity. It’s rhythmic vibration solely intended to make simian bodies move that, purely by chance, also have a head on top. The most bewildered shaman in Rhodesia dancing covered in mud and piss to the cacophonous sound of jingles and barks has a higher self-awareness than the average whore who gets wet and grinds with this pandemic sonic toilet, or the kid who has convinced himself that the gangsta pose is impressive just because an Instagram post told him so (if it’s still being used…).
Then I don’t understand what you want to conclude: do we need to justify the existence of reggaeton simply because it makes wet women shake their asses? What’s the point? We’re no longer talking about music here, so what’s the point?
