The chase is available on YouTube because it seems that the same scene has been reused, edited, and tampered with, for at least half a dozen other films of the same kind... A perfect example of self-sufficient filmmaking!

The author of the review confuses a "not intricate plot, but still requiring attention due to the gradual connections that arise within it" with a drunk and messy screenplay typical of these bad films, from "Roma A Mano Armata" to "Milano Trema, la polizia vuole vendetta." They are pitiful from every angle, but undoubtedly very funny, especially for the aura of amateurism and roughness that surrounds them. Your judgment is a bit too enthusiastic. Much better as the protagonist is the unforgettable (and forgotten) Maurizio Merli with his Commissioner Tanzi.

You forgot to mention that Travis Barker is the best drummer that the entire universe, and probably God Himself, has ever had the honor of listening to.. :-P
As for the rest, we're in the hell of syntax, but I won't insist.. The album is obviously the classic useless mishmash crafted for the joy of MTV and to penetrate the soft hearts of millions of pseudo-alternative fans in their awkward teenage years..
