I'll say it here, at the risk of coming off as the annoying and presumptuous type. I don't like your style (if we must credit your childish writing with having one); I have read all your reviews and found them static and incapable of communicating any feeling that arose in you during listening. As for the vocabulary, it must be said that variety is a concept that's practically unknown to you. Moreover, it seems, from the way you talk about it, that we are facing the same album with different covers. In short, we could also overlook the poverty of expression (after all, it's known that Italy is not exactly a shining beacon for great writers; it's a country where any random Moccia is considered an artist...poor us!), but I believe that people who are unable to express themselves would do better to limit themselves to reading other people's reviews. Regarding the genre you tackle, there are wonderful writers (from whom I obviously exclude myself, but I think my level at least reaches a formal sufficiency)...why continue to tarnish this site with such disappointing reviews? If I recorded a disc and read such filth, my arms would drop...what a depression! I appeal to the editors: please, read all the reviews you receive carefully and try to publish only the most valid ones; the site will gain in reputation and fame! With a lighthearted invitation for the reviewer to step back, I salute all those who think like me but perhaps don’t have the nerve to say things as they are.

It's your judgment, and I respect it... but I don't think Macbeth have really copied anyone, especially with this album. Maybe Vanitas has some tracks similar to Lacuna Coil and Théâtres des Vampires... nevertheless, I don't consider them a seminal band, let alone an excellent one, as demonstrated by the score given. I still have to listen to Malae Artes... who knows.
