Oh!?! They corrected both the title and the cover, how good...

And let’s pay attention to the covers. Making mistakes with those is truly a sign of lack of professionalism.

I’ve never listened to the album apart from a few tracks. However, I believe that Blind Guardian have nothing to do with operatic sounds; these songs have been exaggerated by a production so poorly executed that it ruined even the little good that might have been there. If I really want to listen to a band that perfectly combines classical elements and metal (being themselves the fusion of an orchestra and a typical metal band), then I’ll listen to Haggard, a true guarantee! The review seems like a road full of holes, difficult to traverse and incredibly irritating. Let’s correct the syntax and at least reach a level of elementary writing before publishing anything. Thank you...

For those who don't know, in Italy it is being released just these days... I reviewed it in advance.

I'm sorry to say it, but Pedro can't sing... his voice gets choked in his throat like an old, pregnant dog that's almost dead (quote from a famous remake of an old hit, ed.).

But do you need to argue?? Anyway, Fidia, I didn't mean to be sour, I've already said that I will take steps to implement what you advise.

The historical validity of the band may matter, but if I don't like them, I won't have any problem saying so for fear of being sacrilegious to the purists... if music doesn't stir an emotion inside me, I don't see why I should listen to it, regardless of its historical value. Otherwise, with this sense of devotion, everyone would be listening to the usual, good, historical bands...

x Fidia: Thank you for the advice, but I also need to clarify something: I don't consider myself a fan of any particular genre, as I don't believe I have such extensive knowledge to make such a claim (and at the same time, I have never boasted about anything, unlike what many people seem to believe). But no one seems to have understood it yet: I don't only listen to gothic metal...
I appreciate your suggestion, but in general, I can tell you that rather than historic bands, I prefer the English doom style like My Dying Bride and early Anathema (bands that I follow and love even in their recent course), but also when this is combined with operatic voices and classical elements (Tristania above all). When I digress, I like to listen to lighter stuff (Within Temptation, for example) or heavier (I don't mind melodic death). I cover a lot of ground, but usually, I can't do without the sound of a violin or a piano (I’m also interested in neoclassical and neofolk: Ashram above all)... Here’s a bit of a summary of what I mostly listen to.
Anyway, I will try to educate myself further, and I reiterate that everything I listen to I discovered by researching for myself and not being swayed by current trends or by a more experienced friend.
