very beautiful, as usual...too bad I read it late :D

very beautiful this description, it’s a pity though that you overlooked the musical part, putting quite a strain on those who are not familiar with it

I didn't create any fuss for this single and, above all, I didn't jump to any conclusions prematurely, limiting myself to describing the track and the feelings it evoked in me. Did you read the last paragraph where I stated the same intention you propose, namely to wait for the album for a definitive judgment?

Did you like it? I find it simply PERFECT, and I've already explained the reasons :)

These are your ideas, and I completely disagree... this is not classical music (which is a whole different thing), rather it’s metal with very simple structures that relies heavily on an abundant dose of orchestration in epic film soundtrack style (see also the latest Dimmu Borgir). As for the rest, I won't criticize you because judgment can never be objective; it depends on many factors such as personal tastes or the expectations one has of a band... the only thing I would avoid is making personal statements about the reviewer, since you don’t know me personally and therefore cannot assess whether I am a fan of this band or not (in fact, I’m not as I hardly ever listen to them, but that doesn’t take away my right to praise a work that I appreciated for what it is, and from what I see, I’m not the only one). And also, I haven’t gotten angry, but I could if you insist that I don’t inform myself before writing reviews, given that I would never dare to write one unless I have at least the proof of the accuracy of what I’m saying… did the Vocoder come from SPV? Their business, I don’t think it matters who opted for that choice, but rather how successful it was for the fate of the album, which in my opinion was positive... bye bye. Ps: it wasn’t necessary to change the rating, as I really don’t care!
HIM Uneasy Listening, Volume 1

funny enough, the album is called UNesay listening... it's hard to listen to it and not be struck by an attack of diarrhea! as far as I'm concerned, the only salvable track is the "string version" of "in joy and sorrow," the rest is pathetic; even a fan must be left disappointed...

Anyway, albums shouldn't be rated without having listened to them. In my opinion, it shows a lack of depth, regardless of personal tastes in genres.

Well, from how you describe them, it wouldn’t seem so. Anyway, I only ask you one favor: don’t bring classical music into it because I believe it has little to do with this music.

In fact, I don't consider them as such :) Will you review the latest of the graveworm?
Saviour Machine Saviour Machine I

they share the same Christian ideology as Virgin Black, which I can't embrace... but the music made by the Australians I recently reviewed is supernatural: if that of this (even more famous) band is close to theirs, then it’s worth discovering them!
