Everything is wonderful (but eventually it gets tiring).

The records mentioned by Easy are great records for various reasons, but not mainly because they were innovative; that’s just a bonus. The point is: if a good record is also innovative, it doesn’t necessarily mean the opposite is true, meaning not all innovative records are good. There, now I’ve clarified my thoughts. Bye.

@Senmayan: I only remember Drive by Incubus, but your speech really struck me. It’s the same thing that happens every time a band slightly changes direction: some appreciate it, others don’t. The problem arises when these bands have released very valid albums in the past (or even masterpieces): at that point, everything that comes after has the misfortune of being inevitably compared to that heavy past instead of being judged for what it really is. It’s a shame because many times a listening experience conditioned by these kinds of prejudices prevents us (I include myself here too, hey...) from appreciating works that can sometimes be truly remarkable. Sorry for the outburst, now I'm out. Bye!

The shady thing is that the character mentioned above goes around giving reviews to preach his musical belief and indiscriminately insulting anyone with different tastes. Attracting the dislike of other users is therefore inevitable.

But just think... Only 28... In how much time, a month? Do they pay you by the hour?

Great review! I admit (embarrassedly, I must say) that I have never listened to an entire Genesis album, but as an ignorant listener, the review is truly comprehensive and thorough. Once again, great job! Bye.
