"But in the end, who still cares about singer-songwriters...?" I would like to conduct a survey on Debaser about this. He is pointless, and his albums are just as much, but I avoid giving him a 1 without having listened to it (even though he would deserve it on trust). The review isn’t too bad, but the comparison with Fiat and Barilla is a bit unfortunate. Bye!

Beautiful Lewis, really praiseworthy review, and to think that I can't stand hip hop... Hello!

Complain??? I mean, are you having a piadina from Romagna? Jokes aside, it's beautiful, the page and the proposal! I wouldn't go to Beijing even if I were dead (my aversion towards the Chinese is due to work contacts that would make even Gandhi angry), but still, I'm super envious of you! Bye!

Wow! This concert has some solos! It must be really great! Come on, jokes aside, you could have made a bit more effort, the content is a bit lacking eh... I give you a 3 because it's the first one. As for them... I liked the ghost track from the first album (yes, I have it) and a few others; the rest is as essential as a fart in front of a mountain of shit (a cultured quote).

Great review, and I completely agree with "you can feel, like never before, the desire to make music from those in the band not named Agnelli" and especially those who are named Gabrielli. Maybe some were too caught up in their prejudices to notice... but in the end, it matters little. @c'è: before this album, I didn't know who Scerbanenco was and honestly, I don’t even know who Lux is, but maybe you could tell us. It's not fair to throw a stone and hide your hand :-)

Gaarpa, but then you really exist!!! Look, if you took offense at my first comment, it was meant to be ironic in the sense that I would have preferred more substantial arguments for such a drastic critique, and anyway, yes, I was a bit annoying.
As for the rest, as I told Lux, I wouldn’t dream of touching your tastes; they are just as sacred as mine! PS: I saw them in Rimini; their live shows are always worth it, but be prepared: I saw Agnelli more arrogant than usual... Bye!

Which one? The one with the model? I really liked the idea of a chubby girl in a mini-skirt that shows off her butt :-)

Then the talk about arrangements like Vasco (aside from the fact that I don’t agree with the statement) doesn't seem offensive towards the album. I mean, the same miniskirt on someone who weighs 150 kg and on a runway model doesn’t have the same effect...

@Lux: look, I don’t want to attack you in any way; if it seems that way, I swear it wasn’t my intention. However, when you say "if someone has listened to certain things, this record probably (emphasizing probably) goes unnoticed because they can't take it seriously," it sounds a lot like "if you take this record seriously, it means you’ve never heard things of a certain artistic quality like the ones I listen to." I accept that you don’t like the album in question, but it seems you can’t accept that someone else with a minimum of intelligence might enjoy it. Basically, if you want your point of view to be respected (perhaps) you should first accept that of others, right?

"The arrangements present are meticulous and precise, it's true. And that's precisely why the album sucks." What does it mean that an album has to have sparse arrangements to be good? These are refined, Lux; do as you wish, they may not please you and that’s legitimate, but they are totally different from those of the last albums, which shows there has been an exploration towards something new. If you want to think that the exploration was done to deceive us poor foolish listeners (because in the end, between the lines, when you elevate yourself alluding to the musical culture you have and we don’t), go ahead, but to deny the evidence (the change mentioned above) is merely a sign of stubbornness. That said, the discussion is becoming pretty sterile, so (maybe) we’ll see each other with calmer minds (mine included) on the next review of the After (I’m afraid many will really follow...). Bye!
