As for the Talking Heads, I agree with supersoul from issue 24. Byrne was one of the most important musicians of the 70s and 80s, masterfully translating his "neuroses" into music. His singing style is the most evident proof of this. It's hard to say which is the best album; I lean towards "More Songs About..." He also made a beautiful album with Eno, My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts.

Apart from the first one, which is the best, I don't think the subsequent albums Pretenders II and Learning To Crawl are throwaways, and even Don't Get Me Wrong, which is on Get Close. Nothing extraordinary, but pleasant pop-rock. Hynde: beautiful and with a great personality.
