peggiopunx you can't compare the Clash to the Sex Pistols, because the Clash made great music. I saw one of their concerts in Pistoia in 1979 - 1980 (I think) as far back as I can remember, and I recall that I liked them a lot; it was a great event, not just for the music.

I saw it when I was little, I think I can say it’s a nice meatloaf, but I hardly remember anything. To these "epic" films I prefer movies that deal with the daily lives of families in disarray, like Sweetie or The Cement Garden, otherwise the satire and the grotesque of films like Leolo.

therealramona Punk is a container where there's a bit of everything. I find it hard to consider the Ramones Punk since their music resembles that of the Beach Boys more. The Damned and the Sex Pistols have only one "merit," which is having been the first; in fact, it's unclear who was actually first, and honestly, who cares. As for their artistic talent, they leave much to be desired. The Pistols' (led by their cunning manager) merit was creating a ruckus on TV when they were invited, resulting in becoming famous and spreading the Punk phenomenon everywhere in the media. This album by the Dead Boys is truly great.

For me, the best album by Lynyrd Skynyrd, energetic and enjoyable Southern Rock. A clear and comprehensive review.

I forgot the rating for the movie.

Great film. A review just the way I like it, concise and comprehensive. Beautiful opening credits, an exemplary depiction of rising tension, the second act too long compared to the first. Bye.

Ah, now you've moved on to sonic violence, but I was referring to the anger and the inner violence that many Punk artists have in their souls, and I believe I clarified that well. Let's say it was a misunderstanding, and in one way or another we've both said the right things from our perspectives. Hi, writer. If you think about it, get in touch, or at least read something I sent you, and let me know.

Hi, I noticed you like Zappa. I know Apostrophe, Bongo Fury, and a few other CDs that I can't recall right now. If you feel like it, could you do me a favor and write me a list of about ten tracks by the big guy that you consider to be the best? I can only download one track at a time because my PC is very slow. If you decide to do it, you might want to refer to Stink Foot, which I think is amazing. Bye.
