MuffinMan, what's so inconceivable about discussing Springsteen and Zappa? Don't tell me their music is too different to be compared. I know that myself, in my ignorance. We used to have those discussions over dinner after a couple of glasses, we didn't get too deep into it; after all, they both produced their best music in the same years. Or do you not like Springsteen? I'm talking about the Springsteen from the seventies and early eighties.
