Jack Bruce Songs For A Tailor

Bubi, "Songs for a Taylor" is the title of the album, the song doesn’t exist, "Sunshine of Your Love" is obviously not on this album but obviously on Disraeli Gears... but have you read it?

But weren't there already other reviews of this album?

Pardon, Clapton's production was not exactly contemporary; in '69 Clapton was in an artistic coma (except for the few weeks spent with Blind Faith)...

This album is beautiful, light-years away from Clapton's contemporary production, which is solely focused on rehashing other people's songs... "Harmony Row" is also stunning, and "Things We Like," recorded before this one during the Cream days, is interesting... For me, the best of Bruce is a BBC Live (unfortunately practically impossible to find today) where he performs a terrifying "Powerhouse Sod".... Great review and a well-deserved tribute to one of the greats (if not one of the greatest) of the four strings.

Ah Riccà, look, the records you mentioned I know by heart... they are gorgeous and it’s well-known... (especially 666, which, however, is not from the 70s...) And where are the 50s songs from that record? A bit of mediation, I understand that the Beatles and similar acts might have received perhaps too much attention, but if a record is good, it’s good... For goodness' sake!

Even better "Odessa"... this album seemed excessively slow to me... But just for "How can you mend a broken heart" it deserves a 4 all the way.

Anyway, personally I really like "well well well" and "I found out"... And also "Love," which is a beautiful ballad... I'm sorry, objectively it's a 5-star album. And I'm not the only one who thinks so.

"Isolation" definitely is... I mean, you really don't like that album, huh? Too bad, because it's an album universally recognized... But, to each their own...

Isn't "plastic ono band" brilliant? "Working class hero," "mother," "god" don't mean anything to you? Well...
