Oh my God, Percy, I see Metallica as more influenced by Motörhead than by 'Stone Cold Crazy' (!). And maybe their speed/thrash was more of a reaction (even 'social') to the glam-metal of Motely Crüe, which was much more famous at the time than Bon Jovi.
