Sorry, Percy and Rive, for hitting your sensitivity; sometimes I write so superficially because I’m too busy pumping my biceps and triceps while blasting 'Run to the hills', then it’s so damn hot that I can’t resist the urge to check myself out in a thong in the privacy of my room.. Too good!! :D
And it’s not that I hate Cream (but Clapton really gets on my nerves); I just think they have little in common with Zeppelin and, I repeat, the progenitor of hard rock at this point I attribute to the Gifted One, that is, Jimi..
P.S. - 'You really got me' by the Kinks, however, is from August 4th, '64 - maybe back then it sounded a bit hard rock, huh.

In short, even Fincher is an idiot. This film is more 'subversive' than you think, precisely because it's disguised as a moralistic pastime and made in Hollywood. But have you seen the subliminal inserts? The ending, then, is a big 'screw you to the system' (and an unsettling glimpse of September 2001…). I don't see it as a 'fascist' film; rather, it's almost a trippy parody: this is fucked-up 'anarchy', the explosion of the present with all its contradictions – after all, we are nothing more than consumers kept on a leash by various corporations, brands, and the perpetual search for happiness that often gazes into the abyss of a precipice, into nothingness… Maybe it's because I love Palahniuk (and Fincher), but this is the implosion of the West today, right before everyone's eyes.

'Intruder' (with that incroyable drum performed by Collins), 'No self-control', 'Family snapshot' (a chilling and paranoid portrait) and 'Biko'.. In short, a masterpiece.

Here come the ridiculous comments, we’re talking about Iron Maiden in an LZ review, comparing the screaming rooster Dickinson to Robert Plant... Are you all under 21?! The 'sacred cream' (just a little sketch in the history of rock compared to the legacy of Page & co.) has little or nothing to do with the sound of 'How Many More Times' or 'Ramble On'; for that matter, even Hendrix's 'Are You Experienced?' comes before Cream; he spreads the first seeds of 'hard rock,' you see... Then the Zeppelin come along and forever define the genre - and some asshole keeps insisting they didn't revolutionize anything, 40 years ago, and 'stole' the blues from Willie Dixon, Robert Johnson, or Albert King.

Bjork68: 'beautiful album that honors the Ciccone'.. Incredibly disappointing, especially with that nickname! :(

Madonna is the forerunner of britnispìrsi, just more cunning… It’s disheartening to think that people like Lisa Germano are almost 'starving' while this clown has been raking in billions for 25 years; it perfectly embodies the pervasive emptiness of these mediocre times.
