Puff Daddy feat Faith &112 Tribute to the Notorius B.I.G.
Voto:
In the end, Puff has made quite a bit of money under the pretext of a tribute to BIG. What ever happened to that? The video is terrible, in the sense that it is so instrumental and contrived that just thinking about it is nauseating. The sampling of Sting's piece has revived the track and indeed turned it into a classic of R&B-black soul music. With the right hi-pop nuances, it becomes an interesting blend, but Puff can and should do better.

You listen to particular things, good for you that you don't embarrass yourself with U2 or REM or MTV garbage. Someone lent me the disc, I liked some things, less so others... I agree with you on Rub/Alcohol Blues. I haven't heard anything else, but I ask you, do they stay in this style or do they decline in the following albums? (the best ideas, they say, are always in the first two...)

Dear Hal, the quartet work is coming out in March... I'm buzzing... but I'm not sure if the good Larry is still on bass. Try listening to this CD in headphones and catch the details that you can't hear with a regular stereo... well, orgasm!

Congratulations, great review. I perfectly agree, I have nothing to complain about. The album is easy to listen to, without any jolts, and stays true to the classic "Curean" style.

Rece okay. She is excessive. It's almost pathetic.

Stunning is the sound of the Hammond keyboard in twiggy. I find them delightful, fun, imaginative, and their music is frivolous yet effective. I really love "Houdrey Hepburn complex," such brilliant ideas. This music is so full of tributes to funky-pop-jazz, and yet the Japanese trace is so clear... well done (you too, brave). Ah, their music videos are hilarious and surreal, minimalist, cheeky, danceable. What do you think of the piece I mentioned?
