Come on Blacchedogghe, don’t talk nonsense. It’s clear that you can’t stand Queen, but enough is enough, some people actually like the Queens. Get lost ugly shit.

Passion No. Not even the III. The VI is a bit more. The first, in its naivety, isn't bad.

The word "masterpieces." Let's just say "works." Some are very good, but generally on a Peter Gabriel album, there are quite a few fillers as well. Despite everything, collaborating with Phil Collins on drums has also resulted in some great tracks (Intrude, No self Control, ...). Then yes, Rythm of the heat, Biko, the beautiful duet of Don't give up, but overall he doesn't seem like a god to me, as some claim. I prefer Battiato.

"...the masterpieces of Peter Gabriel..." Jesus Mary... Here’s another artist who should be scaled back (even though I always listen to him with pleasure).

Great film. Great performance by De Niro in this movie. The review is also excellent.

Sure, supersoul, but weren't they already spoiled pop stars in 1975? In fact, when Gabriel left Genesis, the group's financial situation was disastrous (or so they say). Anyway, this kind of bullshit is irrelevant; in the end, almost all of Genesis were devoured by the gears of the market (except maybe Antony Philips and Steve Hackett).

Anyway, the organ was a Hammond, forgive me.

This means that it’s not like Genesis were swimming in pounds back then.

At Blacchedogghe, Synth Tony Banks could only afford it with the earnings from Foxtrot in '72-'73, otherwise there's no way he would be there tweaking the distortion on the electric piano or continuing to fire up the Farfisa organ to achieve a sound similar to the Glide of synthesizers.

Selling England By The Pound is one thing, but until 1972, Genesis were Nothing, Dust, Zero, their income was equal to mine working in a small company. In fact, they started using the synthesizer (an ARP, quite expensive at the time) only in Selling England. And people like Le Orme, Battiato, PFM, had already been using synths since '71, not to mention in England.
