Aside from the fact that Byron generally had a prettier and cleaner voice than Gillan, if you want to listen to July Morning (for heaven's sake, I'm not comparing it to Child in Time), you'll realize how Byron hits powerful high notes and has the ability to add impressive vibrato to them. And if you want to take it to the live performance level, even Ian Gillan didn't particularly shine in concert, a bit like all the other rock singers. That Deep Purple made more of rock history than Uriah Heep is undeniable, but regarding what I mentioned earlier, for me, Byron is the best. I'm not the only one saying these things.

I too struggled to believe it, but I realized that Byron has a vibrato in the high notes that Gillan doesn't even come close to no matter how hard you squeeze. Gillan made rock history, but that doesn't mean he's the best. Mandrocker, listen to Uriah Heep from the Byron era (Demons and Wizards, Look at Yourself, Salisbury, The Magician's Birthday,...) and tell me if Gillan comes close to certain vocal feats.

I don't own the album but I'm very familiar with the movie and I remember the soundtrack well, so I'm voting for the album anyway. I compliment you on the review.

Ah, now I discover that the review of the Inferno soundtrack was written by you. I'm going to give you a vote.

Fine Silver to Tenebrae (1982) has created masterpieces; the trilogy Profondo Rosso-Suspiria-Inferno is immense, everything is perfectly crafted down to the smallest details, even those little things that we don't even notice we see. The music of Inferno, among other things, is by Keith Emerson, and if I'm not mistaken, there is also a review of the soundtrack on debaser.
Pholas Dactylus Concerto Delle Menti

An intriguing album, this one, perhaps a little too long, but in the end, the music makes us forget it. The length of the first suite is comparable to Profondo rosso by Goblin (about 29 minutes) and Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival (28:47). Rating: 4.65

Yesterday I listened to this record. I'm writing to you from the hospital, after a skin detachment of my balls forced me into an unexpected hospitalization. The doctors say that if the neighbor hadn't heard the music coming from my apartment, I would probably be wandering around now without my poor reproductive glands.
Demetrio Stratos Le Milleuna

It's just right, the album can't score more than 3; it's nice to hear Stratos's vocal feats, but one can't expect to listen to an album that, in the end, consists of experimental exercises that even Stratos himself described as being for only a few.
